Happy Thursday! We wanted to share a video of one of our walks that we enjoy so much here in The Villages. The walking/bike paths are such a huge feature of our reason to buy when and where we did in TV. We hope you enjoy and that this will give you an idea of everyday life here.

We can truly relate to what you mean. I know that the area south of SR 44 have considerable walking trails interwoven in the neighborhoods. As we said, it was one of the key selling features for us.Thanks,

Do you have alot of noise?

Great question and no we don't. The new houses are so well insulated and we are far enough from the Turnpike that in can only hear a faint sound of the highway during the night when everything else is quiet. We do recommend that everyone visit the area they are considering purchasing in and go in the open houses so you can get a good idea.
