sharing my story because even if nobody sees this..its worth it. i never attempted suicide, i never stopped eating, i never self harmed but i have battled my own mind and its thoughts for a really long time. i got into this band around the same time that all of the depression and suicidal thoughts started. i cant tell you how many times i would honestly just play addict with a pen or kitchen sink or even ode to sleep and just lay on my floor and cry. i thought i wasnt worthy of life, i thought i didnt deserve to live anymore. to hear two random grown men tell me to stay alive, was the thing that saved me. when it felt like nobody cared, i had tyler and josh and i had the whole clique. we all care for each other just like my family and friends shouldve. to come back on here now and hear this, i cried because i am so happy i stayed alive. stay alive frens, its worth it. i really promise that. i love you.

(bum bum BUM) will NOT BE LENIENT" 27:36 the "call..... call, call" at 28:00 29:26 - 29:26 I'm having a bad day and listened to this on repeat for hours and this is what I've gathered. This band means so much to so many people. And..i always felt like, all of us are in the same boat.. If you feel an emotion be it any emotion, you can be sure that someone out there is feeling it too. When you feel alone, heavy, and you listen to any of their song, i can assure you that someone is listening to it too. We're very different in our own ways and yet the same. I know nothing is easy, that's probably the first reason you're here. But please. Keep going..we understand you and we, truly are a family. I'm not exaggerating when i say that this band saved me. I know things would have been easier if people close to us felt more like home than some random stranger over the internet but.. that's how it is.
