Этот же район для выше среднего жителя страны, например учитель, доктор (зависит какой доктор, хирург будет жить в более дорогом районе), небольшые частные бизнесмены/компании, программисты, дентисты итд

And another question: why are there no fences, gates or barriers in front of such beautiful houses? - does this mean that this area itself is guarded separately by entrance-checkpoint and criminals cannot get there? 😼👮‍♂️
