To be honest, if you're referring to Izuku & Katsuki the OST, I think that I can safely say that I believe there wasn't a good moment in the episode to play it. Battle of Deku sounded much better and the fight was too fast-paced to allow YSR v3 to build up the way it should. I think it was better without it, crazy as that sounds.

Just to let you guys know, this is not actually the one used before S3 openings or during the Kendo and Tetsutetsu fight against Mustard. The one that plays on the anime is called Combat License! This one is a remix of Combat License! made for the movie. It's very noticeable if you compare the two. A very clear example is the song used in the intro before S3 openings does not actually fit with the intro of Battle of Deku, but if you go and listen to the first 20 seconds of Combat License! is the exact same song used for the intros.
