By popular request, I've created a 10 hour fan video for your sleeping pleasure. And this isn't any old fan recording. I auditioned a dozen fans for the role to select the most pleasing sound to make your ears tingle and your eyes grow heavy. This noise improves my sleep. I’m a light sleeper and I wake up even by soft noise from outside even just footsteps, soft knock, or people talking. Adding my anxiety, it’s so hard to sleep and this kind of situation makes me feel tired even I just woke up. It’s been a month and FINALLY I had a decent sleep (6hrs) because of this noise. For spring break, my Sis & I took my 12yo and a friend for a gettaway in the mountains. We stayed in a little Casita. My Sis and I were in a double bed together, not sleeping..but trying. Amazing, isn't it? My entire 38 years of life I've had a fan for sleeping. My son has had one for his 14 years and loves it. The white noise works wonders with ptsd, add, adhd, and other mental health concerns. I need meds to fall asleep but a fan keeps me resting :)

I can remember in the 70s when I was a kid and my mom always having a box fan we couldn’t afford AC so I can remember after a long day of summer heat and having the fan in the window at night ahhh the cool fresh air and the sound of crickets chirping I’m 55 and have never been without a box fan. I’ve grown to love the feel and sound of it. The little things in life make me happy 😃
