First you power up the gamepad, second you press the mode button for five seconds ultil the red and green lights blink fastly, then while the red and green lights are still blinking fast you connect the usb receiver on your computer or android device. I followed those instructions and it worked for me.

No, neither of the controllers worked alone. By the time I made the video I was not sure which dongle went with which controller, so I plugged them both in. They go mixed up and with them not working, there's no way to figure out which ones were paired. But also, if they worked, they should have been able to work together.

I might be wrong. Did you put usb receiver on tv or pc desktop usb ports. Btw windows will install drivers once u put receiver. List as hid gamepad controllers. If still blinking. problem with gamepad. Dont expect to much cheap gamepad. You still need emulate software to play microsoft xbox games. Recommend x360ce software

I just got only the dongle. In descripion it said, for xbox360 controller. Windows 10 gets it but linking is not possible. No button, no software. Was anybody sucessfull ?

Third party controller need specific drivers x-input.dll from microsoft. Only xbox 360 pc controller have. So solution is download emulate software Recommend x360ce. Easy setup & works most for all games.

Very bad product,it was working fine for me then one day while removing the receiver the receiver head removed and the rest of the part was inside the port, I've removed it now but no way to connect it to my laptop without a receiver and I was told the receiver is hard to get separately 😭😠😠so annoying

I realize it's a cheap knock off, but I can not overlook the ingnorance on your end. Clearly you didn't have the patient or the inclination to read the instructions, use common sense, or research it. These guys were not DOA. And they do not come pre-paired to a dongle. I know this and I've never even used one. Clearly it's unifying 2.4ghz Bluetooth. If the microprocessor/ROM in the dongle doesn't have plug and play driver instructions within it, (which is very likely considering where it came from and the price) you would need to locate the drivers for it from the manufacturer or a creditable website. I've worked in A/V and everything tech for 20 years and I can tell you, these controllers were not DOA. They're just cheap are require a little more knowledge than your standard plug and play things manufactured these days. ESPECIALLY because it came from China. I don't mean to be harsh in the slightest. But consider things like this in the future when buying cheap tech, especially tech that relies on wireless MAC and IPs, as there are many more steps than just plugging in. If you want an easy plug and play wireless controller, buy afterglow or something that already has the drivers preinstalled and ready to load instructions to your PC, etc . If you ever need any advice please feel free to contact me

I hv this. Cd doesnt provide drivers. Just enable vibration for certain games. Windows provide drivers for any usb controller List as hid game controllers. You only need x360ce software. Works with latest games. Test on metal gear phantom pain. Perfect

I own this. Currently play metal gear 5 phantom pain. Very simple setup. Insert receiver on usb port. Drivers list as hid gamepad controller. Turn on mode till red/green light. Use x360ce software to emulate xbox 360 pc controller. Done. Enjoy gaming with cheap gamepad
