If you use NC contacts they will allow energy to flow to the buzzer and yellow lights. I'm pretty sure they should be NO contacts so they only close once the alarm is initiated.

This is a good explanation. Maybe, a little slower be great....for those of us with life long tired eyes. But, great job over all. Question: when the diode is activated is thru NO (SC).....right?

Yes, that is right. Sorry for the rushed pace of this video, I was trying to cram in as much detail as possible while still keeping it under 10min. This could probably have been a full half hour class if done in person.

I'm only 3 minutes in so maybe It'll be clearer to me later, but so far this video could benefit from animations that indicate what you're talking about, in stead of relying on correct reading or memory the entire time. A finger pointing at things might also work. 3:39 I'm gonna stop watching now, it's clear I won't be able to follow this without first doing more than just watching your first video.

I know this one is pretty intense, the problem itself is meant for 2nd or 3rd year electrician apprentices. Due to budget constraints ($0) I am using almsot entirely free software to make all my videos which puts animation far above my skill level. I may be able to add coloured annotations over the coils and contacts but these will not appear to mobile users. Sorry that this was a rough one. The next couple videos I have coming up are all pretty light.
