RELEASE DAY AT THE BIGGEST LEGO STORE IN THE WORLD!!

The LEGO Ideas Red London Telephone Box released February 1st while we are in London, so we decided to grab it on release day! The LEGO Store here in London at Leicester Square was incredible - easily my new favorite LEGO Store I've ever been to. The builds were fun, and it's actually the largest official LEGO Store in the world which was neat!
We also had the opportunity to meet the social media manager of the LEGO France Instagram account - he showed us around the London LEGO HQ (referred to as the London Hub). We connected a while ago initially, so it was great to finally meet and see the LEGO London office!

This was the biggest store, than the NYC fifth Ave store opened and became the biggest, then Leicester store was expanded and became the biggest again, than the Sydney one opened and became the biggest

Oh wow, I was at the Leicester Square store last year, totally excited I found the store and got my passport there. I hope you got the Mr Leicester square minifig, they were in poly bags near checkout.

When i went to London in 2017 i visited the Leicester Square LEGO store maybe 4 times. That is where i got the international LEGO passport. I have the three London area LEGO store stamps. Since then ive gotten a US passport and have nearly filled them both. Btw, that is the coolest McDonald's ive been to.

I thought our weather might be tough on you both. But take heart in the fact you were probably in the warmest part of the UK on the day. It gets colder as you come futher north where we live. February is probably the coldest month too. Good to see you enjoyed London. It's five years since I last went there. Trains are so rubish these days and expensive. A return fare to London from where I live on the train is probably more expensive than the new Lego Telephone box. Crazy days.

My favourite LEGO store! I came out of my Dar Ages by buying there 70363: Macy's Battle Suit. I don't recall buying any more sets (I dont buy michnin store now), but I regularly go check the aisles, and sometimes gets some Build a Minifig 😊
