It's remarkable how little the medical community understands and acknowledges this. I had a 2 level cervical fusion 3 years ago C4-6. A year later dizziness, vertigo, nausea, fatigue, blood pressure/heart rate variances, throbbing at the base of my skull started. I swore it was coming from my neck but the dozen or so medical professionals I consulted with said that these systems don't come from anything dealing with the neck.Beyond frustrating.

C3-C6 here.. throbbing that radiates from the base of the skull over the top and to the frontal lobe with occasional blurry vision and imbalance. Just finished P/T for BPPV which all alot of these physicians can come up with when they don’t know. I’m looking at PRP and this atlas issue along with the weakened ligaments that I’ll discuss with a neurologist via a telemedicine call in the morning. I hope he isn’t one of those people who wanna go straight to a scalpel instead of these types of non surgical options cuz I’m not having it. 😅

Strengthen your cervical muscles and your issues will likely resolve, it’s the muscles that are attached to c1 that effect its function, weak or imbalanced muscles will pull the c1 out of alignment, and if your atlas is twisted to one side the adjustment won’t do anything at all because the dominant muscle side is holding the atlas out of place So isolating the weak side with strength training wil pull it back you akignment

@@3DAtlasAdjustingTechnique Is prolotherapy better than PRP? Could you elaborate on " in some cases"? Thanks
@beefstickswellington12033 ай бұрын
@@simo-dv5xk No. There's basically Prolo -> PRP -> Stem Cell (usually bone marrow aspirate). PRP is 4x as powerful as prolo and has more diverse healing factors, and then stem cell BMA is about 4x as powerful as PRP with even more ability to heal diverse types of tissue. This is according to Dr Schultz from Regenexx in Colorado in how effective their treatments are (like, they see the same results from 1 PRP treament as doing 4 prolo treatments to the same type of tissue and damage). I had a PICL procedure done there to my alar and transverse, and it did stabilize some of my sleeping issues and symptoms. But, it hasn't relieved everything since I have issues in my thoracic spine, too.

At least he is talking about it. Most tell you you are a hypochondriac as they escort you out of the office and still charge you $900 for the office visit. This guy is all we got

by no means i'm an enemy of the modern medicine, but the lack of knowledge of upper spine in most of doctors is just crazy..

Does long term atlas subluxation cause calcification in that area? Jugular foramen and/or IJV?
@3DAtlasAdjustingTechnique Жыл бұрын
Thank you! A long-term atlas subluxation complex can cause arthritis, spinal degeneration, bulging discs, spurs, and pinched nerves as well as many other complexities.

If someone has unresolved AAI/CCI this wont work though
@3DAtlasAdjustingTechnique2 жыл бұрын
This is part of the solution. If you can't hold the adjustment for long periods then prolo or regenerative medicine might also be needed.
@chamer842 жыл бұрын
@@3DAtlasAdjustingTechnique right that's what im saying. I have an AO chiro and was getting adjustments before and after starting Prolo. They did not hold at all and others with instability constantly say the same thing. I stand by the fact that Atlas adjustments will not hold if there is unresolved instability
