I love your meditations. I cannot breathe as many counts as you ask for, however

So glad you found it helpful! You can always adjust the breath counts to match your own cadence for comfort. The most important components is to breathe in through your nose for a slightly longer count than you exhale through you mouth.

Dr. Truitt, thank you for your work. I think if you record the videos with an external microphone attached to the phone or camera, you'd reach more audience, and more people would benefit from your exercises. Or if you do use one, maybe a different settings would make the audio better :)
