Thank you for this. Time and time again, I’ve come to you in some of my deepest, darkest, most uncontrolled times of experienced dysregulation and you’ve been the resource that allows me to refocus my attention and find some sense of tranquility. Would you consider creating a video related very specifically to anger, resentment, and rage? Not to nihilism per say, but to the sense of being wronged by another person(s), for example. Rage can so quickly become so destructive to oneself and those near by nature and learning to self-regulate and release the energy is an enormous personal goal of mine 🙏🏾
