What happens when you look your child self in the eye and know that you've never had had a time where you were not critical because of the parent you were born to in the abuse they put you through since before your first thought formed I want so much to be free of this I'm trying so hard

I know its tough..i ve been through the same..what helped me is be grateful from my parents beacuse i chose them perfectly for my mission..i was never a victim even if i was abused..the people who hurt you the most are the greatest unconditional love teachers..now i love them unconditionally no matter what they done to me and what they do and dont and im free❤❤❤

I am a huge fan Rea! I have been listening for a while. What song is this? It has been stuck in my head since I heard it. Kind of strange I know. But it feels like my mind is subconsciously pulling me back to this meditation. It's like it knows I need to switch my belief to one that serves me. The old ones no longer serve the purpose of protection. It's time for a new narrative and direction. I am more than enough to be loved. I love myself so much these days. Poor little Michael thought he was just inherently bad but wanted so bad to be good. Nobody helped me understand those feelings 😢 but this is my journey and it is beautiful. I would not change a thing. It's not like I have an easy life now or anything. I could have done so much differently. But I am finally appreciating who I am and where I am at, exactly where I need to be. Always. Thank you for bringing this into my experience. Means a lot for my walk. ❤❤
