I discovered you in 2018 during a really tough period of my life. Your videos over the last 3 years have got me through so much and actually made me a better person at some level. It feels like you’re a friend I can always turn to. Would be great if you could do a video on nausea (general nausea as a symptom that so many people face in different illnesses, not just morning sickness). Also could you please do a series of videos on fertility? 1. Stress around conception. 2. Fear around pregnancy. 3. Fear around birth. 4. Exhaustion in motherhood/parenthood. I think it would be so helpful and universal!

Hi Julie: Thank you for this new video. I have been dealing with hip pain on and off for quite a while, and been learning to work with EFT. In particular, lately, i have gone back to listening to Louise Hay videos and just took her book, "You Can Heal Your Life," from my bookcase. So....between what you and she have been sharing, along with the emotions covered, I feel that I can move forward again.

I’m so glad I found you. I tapped years ago. I’m working with a medical hypnotist to release the fear holding me back in my hip. I can’t figure out where you tap on the body that’s after the chest area. I can’t see in the video where you’re tapping last before you go back to the crown of the head. Thank you. I’ve done it twice. It helps each time. I know it’s a process. Can’t wait to explore more videos. Thank you so much!! ❤

Thank u 4 this Julie 🙏❤, Till u voiced it, I was not conscious of my fear of old age accompaning physical pain n dependance. Having been dependant on abusive parents, which left trauma triggers, that's a huge one. Lots of insecurities have accumulated in the past month causing sciatric pain in my right hip down to ankle. I moved out my cottage last week n will stay with different friends till I find a new permanent home, which i been very indesisive where 2 go 2. My daughter is getting married next month, my old parents with serious health issues n the fear of my mom's call r all contributors. I know this will pass, and am embracing the challenges, knowing they r blessings 2 heal, grow n up my level of consciousness. Thank u 4 yr work, trying 2 make the world a better place!

I tried this 2 months ago and my hip pain DISAPPEARED!! Today it came back a little, so I tried it again. Started at intensity level 6.5. Realized as you tapped me through the process that I was struggling with a decision that was very hard to make. By the end of the tapping, my intensity level was 0!! Super grateful for how well this works 🐬

Thank you for this. The month long issue of hip pain mostly at night went from 9 to 0 during this session. I accessed the source. I want to reduce my consumption of meat gradually and don’t wish to affect my husband’s choice to eat meat. Don’t like confrontation. So I have been stalling. The hip pain reminds me to take steps forward in the direction of my intentions. You helped me access my body’s wisdom with this. Much appreciated. Many blessings to you! 🤩

Thanks so much for this video! I've been experiencing a lot of pelvic, lower back, & hip pain so I just tweeked the words a little but so many of the words resonated with me! I have a fibroid in my uterus that I believe is the culprit of all the pain & I saw a video with Dr. Northrup explaining that fibroids represent stagnation & unbirthed creativity which 100% makes sense with my current life situation. I already feel better after doing this exercise & I will continue! Thanks again!

Omg Julie, this helped me ALLOT! I was suffering from hip pain even tho I'm 31, I shouldn't be having any kinds of pain at all. Ive been going under allot of stress. Before I did this video, my left hip was in pain, going all the way down to my freaking left leg and feet, it was hurting really bad, etc. Felt really TENSED up, etc. Felt allot of pain, like someone was putting needles in my legs, and my hips. Could sleep on my left side. Im a side sleeper, etc. What sucks is. I had this pain going on for 4 weeks!!! :'( No joke. I tried taking everything, ibproufen, advil, tyenol, etc. Didn't do shit. I found this video, tried tapping 3 session tapping round. BAM, feels allot better than it usually was. It was at a 10. I'd say it was at a 5 or 4 now. Still feel a tiny bit of pain. At least I can FINALLY walk now. Thank god. T_T I still feel the pain in my knee though. Wish that would go away. Felt pain in my foot disappearing too which was good. Btw I've noticed I felt allot confident now after doing some tapping sessions. Is this normal? I've never felt this confident before. Was it from the result of this video? Or was it me holding up allot of baggage emotions? Etc? Also do you have a video for Anger and family relationships as well? Would be cool if you could take those as a request. And social anxiety as well. :) Btw last time this happened I TRIED to go to the doctor last time this happened, got a X-ray done. They said they couldn't find anything, Same leg btw" did the same pain etc. So it's kinda sad and scary when doctors can't find the "Cause" of your pain and give up on you and send you home. :( It sucks. :( Glad I found Tapping, I also do some meditation from time to time and it helps. :) Thank you, you saved me a trip to the doctor and the ER. Can't afford another bill. :(

Glad to hear you had some relief, but yes, tap more gently...no need to hurt yourself or bruise yourself. Tapping can be very delicate and light. Sometimes when we feel so passionate about something, we tap harder, but no need. Hope this helps :)
