One thing Pocket does so well, that I haven't seen in the Pokémon TCG since the original gen 1 cards, is that your basic Pokémon attacks actually make an impact. The power scaling and meta nowadays in TCG is just to get your Stage 3 or EX online as fast as possible and one shot everything.

some basic are pretty good..like onix/mr mime ecc they works as tanks to build up the strategy afterward..or even helpful effects, at least they aren't just cannon fodders (most of the time lol)

nice to see a diff twist on a venusaur deck. Hes my first deck that i want to make but with the limited cards i just keep seeing caterpie venusaur, exegutor venusaur and liligant venusaur decks.

Moltrex ex / centiskorch is INCREDIBLY underrated, just those 6 mons with the standard trainers, Giovanni being the most important allowing Centi to hit that 140 damage breakpoint which is exactly the HP alot of populair ex cards have (including moltres and articuno ex), it's the only deck i've been playing and i've been having amazing success with it
