This dude is nuts, so here's a pretty reliable cheese strategy. No speed artifacts needed.

this worked pretty well, some gamer moves were still required but any temporary safespot is all thats needed to make this fight very doable. He ran onto the stairs and blasted the shit outa me 1 time but he very rarely did that.

This method 100% still work but gotta change a bit here how 1) a really simple artifact build you just need a battery and fill the rest with what you want 2) after destroying the panel at the start wait for him to use the GL only then you go below the stair 3) stay as far back and middle under the stair 4) make sure you hear him standing right above your head 5) look to the right and throw a flashbang at the wall (you can see a L shape wall THROW NEAR IT BUT DO NOT THROW AT THE WALL CONNECTED TO THE PILLAR just throw at the wall of the arena) 6) when stun get out and shoot till discharge 7) wait for the discharge turn dark cyan then quickly go under the stair AS SOON AS YOU SEE IT then repeat (IMPORTANT: DON'T BOTHER SHOOTING THE BOSS WHEN HE STUN DURING THE THING YOU HAVE TO DO EVERY PHASE CHANGE just run)

I beat him while using blue rpd and exoskeleton from quests using this KEKW saved a lot of time farming for armour

@@Azimli699 i did it with a fog hunter +6 and the hysterix rpd +5, so yea it is possible, but i also used the table one because i can do it more consistantly.
