Hello guys mene abhi tak aap sabke comments pade hai aur in sab se mujhe yahi lagta hai ki jab tak sabki interview khatam nai ho jati vo result sabke assimilate nai kr lete tab tak declare nai krege Isiliye vo individual performance ke bare mein kisi ko bta nai rahe hai jab sabka hojayga then they will make final result of interview and take physcometric test Most probably 31may tak sabki interview khatam hojayegi and that evening or next day selected one's can get further update regarding physcometric test

Conversation certificate means, ur University will issue a document for CGPA to convert into %.
