A great hunt, connecting to the Nexus is the best feeling in the world, the nuance in the audio tells you everything you need to know but it takes vision to really listen and understand, if you have a mass-produced frame of mind then move along

14:42 I found some large chunks of lead on my parents property, I got like 6 pounds of lead maybe from 2 seasons of detecting, I've been toying with the idea of melting it down into ingots and trying to sell to fishermen instead of just taking it to the scrap yard, but have not taken any steps towards doing that

@@digginggopher it’s always great to recycle lead. If I see a fisherman, I always give them the sinkers if they want them. Another subject, I watch the areas and style of hunting that you do in your videos. if you were ever interested in trying an analog machine I would recommend you get a Tesoro compadre with a 5.75” coil. It is very affordable. Or a Bandido2 you would be surprised how they work in trash. Not sure what they would do with steel coins, though . Just keep in mind that Tesoros are not very deep machines in general. Check out paystreak channel He has some videos with Tesoro’s. Yes I use a gravedigger trowel.

Is that a gravedigger digger? How do you tell the difference between high conductors and mid conductors? All the beeps on that machine sound the same to me lol Does it depend on how far the light bar goes?

Low conductors are differentiated from mid conductors by the LED meter, not the audio. Green/ green followed by yellow - low conductors. Yellow - mid conductors. By the LC-MC SET control you can define what is a low conductor and what is a mid conductor. The difference between high conductors and mid conductors is also by the LED meter. High conductors will come as white color or yellow followed by white.

@@digginggopher Gopher , there you go you heard it directly from Georgie the creator of Nexus machines himself. Yes I’m using the light meter to decipher lower conductors (green) mid conductors (green-yellow) higher conductors (white). You use a Deus quite often. The VCO tones of the nexus v3 is similar to using pitch on XP. And there is a nuance in the tone when something is round. You know how it is when you pick up a good conductive coin like silver with the XP you could just tell from the nuance of the tone what it’s going to be…..same with Nexus, but Nexus has more nuance to it, analog machines tone nuances tell you everything.

@georgichaushev5617 Hi Georgi, I am replying to your comment on another video that has since been taken off. I watch a lot of metal detecting channels, even some I don't care for. Educated people take it with a grain of salt do their own research and testing then come to a conclusion on what they prefer or not. Its obvious most people don't understand analog or pi machines. Having started with both then moving to digital it's a clear difference. Alot of them new to the game of analog don't have the patience or understanding of how to run that type of machine. Not taking away from their ability to operate digital machines but analog is not there forte. You have a fantastic machine. Having said, I can't wait to own the new mp v3.5

@ sorry to hear your comment was taken down from another channel I guess along with Georgie’s, I don’t worry about such things here. Learning how to understand analog machines especially Nexus has been such a fun journey for me. I’m still learning. I’m still a student. I’m gonna keep on plugging away. Thanks for watching my video and your comment to Georgie will be left up. 👍👍
