Your friend with the 50 pound pack, that’s crazy. Your weight was about what I usually carry. Nice place and you had some nice fall colors there as well. Beautiful.

Lol. He wanted the whisky and beers. 😂 definitely! I'm glad I caught some of the fall colors. Thank you!

My pack always ends up being over 50lbs too. I like to carry actual food on short BB trips. Frozen solid steak, eggs, hash, bacon, sausages, etc. Lightest food I'll carry is probably ramen. 😅😅 On longer trips, I'll carry freeze-dried food. Oh yea, and always liqour. 😂

Lol. You're a beast!! 50lbs and my body starts hurting. 😅 Those food does make camping a lot better! Can't forget the ramen haha. Steak and bacon 🔥🔥

@imerichoang2 жыл бұрын
Yep absolutely! You can do this as a day hike, more on moderate side tho.

Did you take a bear canister?

It wasn't required, so I didn't. But I did hang up.

Hey bro, is this where AllTrails starts me on the loop?
@imerichoang2 жыл бұрын
The start of the trailhead is located further East on Hwy 108, passed Pinecrest. Different starting point from Emigrant Loop trail/Bear Lake
