❤hello again, i absolutely adore all you share but must ask this: this piece for example is 1 hr 10m. What would be a good duration length for benefit if you do not have an hour to spare? ❤

Hi Christine, great question, thank you. The real answer points towards having an excellent practice of meditation, which is something that we can all benefit from. If you're short of time then try this: Get comfortable, put the music on, relax as much as you can and let yourself feel where the energy helps you. For me it was across my lower back, almost instantly (I had a serious injury there as a child) and around my left shoulder (which gets a little sore once in a while). Remember the feeling of this vibration (it wil come to you naturally the more you relax) and then you will be able to go there, naturally, at any time you want and for as long as you want to. My best suggestion would be to give the music ten minutes of your time, and repeat whenever you can, each time recognising the vibration and where the vibration helps, and each time remembering so that you may return there. To give yourself some extra help, pick out a note that seems to be prevalent and hum along.. you can hum to yourself at almost any time anywhere you might happen to be. In this way, the physical sensation of that vibration can be very much like a mantra or a prayer that a person might say to themselves regularly or repeatedly when they need assistance. The main thing while doing this is to let yourself relax into it, not to colour it with any sense of anxiousness, stress or pain. A mantra or prayer has a vibration, and it has a relevance to that which we give it relevance to, in a spiritual sense. We tend to understand these more instinctively as they are words, and from school onwards we are taught to understand the meaning of words: for example, the mantra Sat Chit Ananda (Existence, Consciousness, Bliss) is relatively easy for all of us to understand. In principle, the vibrations of sound healing are the same. Hope this is helpful..
