As a black Christian, I enjoyed every minute of this brothers mini lecture. Like I tell everybody else, even the so called “Christians” to study their history and to deal with religion on a logical, reasonable and truthfully base. I believe that if you’re going to worship religion, you must interpret the scriptures Afrocentricly. If people understood anthropology, history, culture, geography etc they will come to an conclusion that the Bible itself is based on black people because we are the original men and women of the world. Religion will only work for our people when we begin to interpret the text based on our ideology ( and I hope that you haven’t been so influenced my western influences, if so, it’s time to reprogram your mind ) . Marcus Garvey did a great job with doing such a thing and Malcolm X ! Study those two people and how they used religion. I believe Religion can be just as powerful as African spirituality ONLY when we interpret it correctly.

The only way Africans/Blacks will be free and victorious is to return back to the Traditional African religions/spirituality. Had we used our spirituality as a unifier, we would never have been conqured and subjugated til to this day. There are more similarities than differences in the Traditional African religions/spiritualities. We are however more interested in adopting and advancing the non-African religions - i..e Abrahamic religions, and would willingly give our souls, wealth and time to them than to the faith of our ancestors. Although I enjoyed Dalian's lecture, I found it to be more reactive than proactive. I was hoping that whilst demolishing the Abrahamic religions which he did beautifully on this video, he took the time to advance the Traditional African religion/spiritualy cause - which has been bastardized and degraded by all Abrahamic religions including Africans themselves. No one is willing to fight or die for Traditional African religions/spirituality, or take up its cause. As a result, Africa/Blacks will never rise again. Victory will only be achieved once the faith of our ancestors takes back its noble place.

religion is necessary for moral education and development in civilization. The learning and embodiment of eternal principles is not part of modern culture. That servitude concept Dalian Adofo is referring to is merely a false perception formed by modernity. The ignorance of mordern civilization will only become worse with out formal moral education...but religion and moral education is only one aspect of life. So religion and moral education should not be treated as an end point, but rather a foundational block in the temple of our soul.

Religion is not the problem but the people. Africa has operated on religion for Millennia and thrived. The problem is simply ourselves. There is no place in the bible that tells us to worship other tribes or steal public funds. All of that is from our ignorance.
