Love how everyone pardons DRose for facing 3 HOFers, but fails to mention the chokejob that it was. What about the fact that the Bulls had the MVP, a top 2 ranked defense, finished 62-20, and was the #1 team in the East that year. Not to mention they went 3-0 that regular season against the Heat. So clearly it's not like they weren't good enough. It's just that come playoff time, their MVP decided to shoot 35% from the field and had an Offensive rating of only 93 and Def rating of 107, both the worst among the starting 5.

🤦‍♂️ when will you nerds learn this fact? NUMBERS AND STATS DO NOT TELL THE ENTIRE STORY!!! YOU NEED TO ACTUALLY WATCH THE GAMES!! And if you watched the games you would know that LeBron James did not "stop" DRose in any way by himself. The Miami Heat made it their priority to trap Rose on every pick and roll and build a wall anytime Rose drove into the paint. LeBron James did NUN of that by himself. It was his entire Superteam who contained DRose (and I'm pretty sure DRose STILL got his 20+ points in every game that series 😂💯). This very video even shows how the entire Heat team was focused mainly on just stopping DRose. DRose was the Bulls offense that year. You stop him and they couldn't score, and that was exactly what the Heat's defensive game plan was 💯

Rose completely choked. He was shook with Bron guarding him. All year long he was easily slashing and getting to the rim, then games 4 and 5 Bron guard him he goes 1-15 in the 4th quarters combined (his 1 made field goal was that spin floater over James). It seemed like wade getting aggressive, made james get aggressive. James had back to back to back to back clutch plays. Almost crazy to see the huge contrast from this performance to the finals that year. Its like he turned off the switch after this. He probably just wanted to prove he was better than Rose and didn't have to fire left for the finals, then took that ass whooping in the finals and it reignited the fire that last 7 more finals in a row. Crazy. You always can tell when james takes matchups personal. I feel if the lakers had made the finals in 2011, james would've went all out to beat kobe. He probably didn't see dirk in the same light as rose (threat to be the best player in the east) or kobe (threat to be the best player in the league overall. Then he got all that backlash for losing, realized it didn't matter who he lost to ppl were gunna roast him for losing and made it a mission to never be outplayed again in a playoff series and went the next few years outplaying every star vs star matchup individually until 2017 kd and the warriors. The tenacity he played with in 2015 and 2016 finals kinda proves that. Then 2017 and 2018 leading both sides in every stat he didn't want another "jason terry outplayed bron" moment by a role player lol. I feel if he was crowned the undisputed best player in the league in 2011 he doesn't go 8 straight finals. By losing it and being clowned it compelled him to rectify the 2011 finals by any means necessary.

LeBron James has NEVER shut DRose down. He never has, because he CAN'T. That is a lie perpetrated by Heat fans who were mad that DRose won MVP over LeBron. What really happened is LeBron's superteam ganged up on a 22 year old DRose and focused that entire Miami Heat defense on keeping Rose from getting to the rim. They knew that if you stop DRose then the Bulls couldn't score, and that's exactly how they won. With great TEAM defense against a 22 year old point guard. Y'all Heat fans proud of that? 😂

I see many comments saying stuff like "they needed 3 stars to beat Rose smh". You casuals forget that this Chicago team was the #1 seed. They dominated the Heat in Game 1. But the Heat came up very clutch in Game 2 and Game 5, both in Chicago. Bulls crumbled under the pressure.

and the Cavs were #1 seed in 2009 and 2010. You saying BOS didn't need 3 stars to beat Lebron? You saying Lebron left a #1 seed team because he doesn't know that stars win in the post season, and NOT seeding? seems you are the casual and a simpleton if you don't know the real deal.
