This restaurant will be in my itinerary the next time I'm in Manila. Palacio de Memoria and similarly themed restaurants all across the country are a tribute to our wonderful culinary and architectural heritage. These beautiful buildings of the past are testaments to the Filipinos good taste for fine living.

Mahilig talaga mga pinoy na bumalik sa nakalipas at dun na lang manatili, kaya walang pag-unlad. Filipinos are not good when it comes to moving forward.

me point. pero bakit naman ang Japan and South Korea. pinepreserve nila ang history nila at the same time they can move forward in terms of science and technology layo na nang narating nila. sobrang unlad ng bansa nila.

@Juan2008 - The point of this video is about "nostalgia" not backward thinking by your own interpretation. For your information, historical sites like this are preserved by every country around the world so that their people can still see them and not simply read them from history books.

Juan2008, it is obvious you haven't been to Europe where People there live in beautifully restored houses near beautifully restored buildings without destroying the history of the place. This does not mean they did not move forward though. This Palacio de Memoria will definitely be on my itinerary when I next visit the Philippines.
