Season 1 will forever be iconic. It gave us so many quotable taglines ("It is what is it", "I'm not your B****, B****"). Also, I miss the early days of reality tv when shows were more about raw ambition and in this case, food, than they were about pushing personal brands & becoming a reality tv celebrity.

Leeann, Dave (freaking funny), Lisa, Harold (Had bit of a crush on him), Brian (had a bit of a crush on him), and Stephen (even though he was cocky he was cocky in a hilariously entertaining way IMO and I had a weird crush on him as well) were my favorites! I still watching Top Chef I'm on season 9 right now!

The most shocking thing is that the entire episode is 11 minutes that they stretch over an hour. I’ve been watching this show from season one- it’s been more about the food in comparison to the drama in the earlier seasons. Closer to similar shows in other countries- straight to the point and on topic.
