Such a simple rework, but such a massive difference. Looks super fun to play now, especially getting rid of the stupid slow. Rell is gonna be a sleeper top lane pick and a monster support. Hope they dont instantly nerf her after 1 patch.

It's the attack speed. She does damage now because she can actually use a core element of her kit instead of being arbitrarily gated by an awful wind-up and awful scaling. To boot, she also gained about 75% more attack speed just from leveling up. I bet Lethal Tempo Navori Rell slaps.

If the damage based on resistances is actually good, a wit's end would probably be pretty good. tanacity, attack speed, movespeed and magic resist all scale well with such a passive ability.

Build of the day Rell? ... I just saw that passive and my inner theorycrafting self screamed bruiser top with Cleaver. I mean, 10% on top of 30% stacking together as you duel? oof. Literally take her passive as armor shred. Her skills also resets auto so you can go super ham with a cleaver, while remaining tanky. Would throw in a Hullbreaker, while you're stacking both your passive and the cleaver, the 5th hullbreaker attack would do nasty damage. Then would just tank up entirely. Cleaver / Hullbreaker, core items top shredding duelist Rell.

Zwag i think u need to try warmonger and fimbulwinter armor asol U can still build ri staff and black cap or shadow flame so yea But u will always be engaging 1 v 1 with full hp and during the fight u will heal good amouts from fimbulvert armor Also what i mean like warmonger will let u stay on the fights longer since u can almost always run away wait 5 sec and heal up

She's way too strong now and will get nerfed through the ground again.. Being able to move that fast with the armor on is just plain stupid, there's no strategic play anymore.. Just don't use the horse unless you need to go over walls or engage and you can't die. Also the ulti with armor on is now just insane, previously enemies had some change of getting out of it after rell jumps in.. Now it's guaranteed flash burn or full duration ulti
