Hi, thanks for putting up the vide, you mentioned job offer is not needed to apply for this Visa Scheme, but it was listed that you must have a binding job offer, infact your employer must be willing to offer minimum wage as quoted on the Skilled Workers in Shortage Occupations "you have received a binding job offer in Austria and the prospective employer is willing to remunerate you with the minimum pay stipulated by law, regulation or collective agreement (in the event that overpay is customary in the respective company, it must also be granted to you)" can you provide more clarity on this? thanks.
