I show you have to safely relocate your cars battery to the trunk or rear of the vehicle so your engine compartment looks nicer and cleaner!

Good information! I cheaped out and grounded to the frame, and put several ground straps in different locations from frame to engine. 427 ci in a 56 Chevy, starter always worked fine. I like the battery box but not sure about the fuse being so hard to get too. ;)

Thank you! I’ve seen a lot with just ground straps which I am sure is completely fine, I just like to do everything a little extra! And I agree with the fuse, just trying to hide it, thanks for watching!

FYI, I saw a fuse like yours that had a cover for protection. :) Seemed like a good idea, and you could mount where it was easy to check and replace. :)@@WiredCustomsSpeedShop

Good vid...the charge wire from the alternator will just go to the battery side of the starter solenoid?

Thank you! That’s correct

Can you relocate the battery of a 31 roadster to under the rumble seat or is there a better location?

Thank you for the vids. Do you use a starter solenoid with an LS engine?

Do you have a video how to rebuild a flathead starter?
