All of this soundtrack's versions never get old, they has every important song of the franchise (VK, Bloody Tears, Begginning) and has some original bangers of its own, like the awesome Divine Bloodlines, the catchy as hell Opus 13, Cross a Fear and Slash. On top of all that, this game introduced Dance of Illussions, which would later become Dracula's battle theme for a good portion of the series. I love this soundtrack to death man, srsly. Also, nice work you did here, I love your take on bloody tears, the church organ has a very rich sound and it has a bigger presence here than in the original version. Can't wait for your DS OST Remaster!

This is really cool! I think most would just try to make it sound like the PC-Engine version, so I appreciate the fact that you kept it in the style of the SNES version. Always thought that the Dracula X OST had a unique charm, compared to the classic Rondo version.

I really appreciate that you updated your previous work on this OST and gave it a nicer flair and a bigger punch, but like last time, it has some errors in it regarding a few tracks that are featured. It still kind of disappoints me that the "Dance of Illusions" song isn't from Dracula X or Rondo of Blood, but is from Dawn of Sorrow instead. It's strange you arranged the incorrect version of that song and updated it without changing it to sound more like it does in Dracula X, like the description says. But there is something else going on that is really weird with the last few timestamps in the description. It says "Cross A Fear" at 33:18 in there, even though the song is actually "Cross Your Heart" from Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin. The timestamp right after it says "Cross Your Heart (Unused Track)" with it's timing wrong while the actual song that plays at that time is "Samba do Maria" from the original Rondo of Blood. Like with the "Dance of Illusions", "Cross Your Heart" is also the incorrect version, because both Rondo of Blood and Portrait of Ruin versions of this same song sound drastically different. Overall, I think this soundtrack update is really good. I really do like the remastered melodies, but at the same time a few of them are the wrong versions and are unfaithful to Dracula X. I thought maybe you were rushing the OST when you made it back then with these errors, but it seems you just didn't notice that there was anything wrong to begin with. I just wanted to write this comment to bring up these issues so that maybe you could update this OST again someday so that it would be all rounded out at last. Just please make sure you aren't rushing your work, you have serious talent and the tracks you arrange and remaster are all wonderful. That and Castlevania is why I subscribed to this channel in the first place.

When "Cross Your Heart" starts at 33:18, what is that monster? I don't recall ever seeing it in a Castlevania game, but then again, my memory of some past games is fuzzy. ^ Looks ripe for reintroducing as a Boss in a hypothetical future 2D-style Castlevania title, if you ask me.

I'm gonna be honest, the art from the Japanese/PAL territories cover of this game is incredibly underrated. Too bad the rest of the game looks like props stitched together with almost no cohesion between each section of the level.
