usually when a string breaks, the tension across the board decreases suddenly and everything goes outta tune. What I do is replace all the strings even if 1 breaks, cus when 1 breaks, the next one will be very soon. Also this was fire af

The strumming sound you were trying to identify is either a muted electric guitar or a nylon guitar. My guess is the later - what gives it that ukulele-sound is, that it was originally recorded on a lower key and later on pitched up. Atleast thats how it sounds to my ears. Great video 🥂
