Jesse Horsman im debating between this one or ark but i can’t decide. ark is a bit over 1k and this one is way cheaper. i want one to sound smooth and deep that matches the car. i don’t want a loud rice type of exhaust sound. it’s best to listen in person but i can’t that’s why i asked for your opinion but thanks for the info

@@misrble hey I just got this and can say that it sounds very nice, install was pretty straightforward. only problems I had was the rubber hangers were a pain but other than that it went smooth. it's beautifully made and sounds great, only con is around 2,000rpm it gets decently loud in the cabin. I've never had an exhaust before like this so it could just be me being new to that sound but I don't regret purchasing this one bit

@@shelbylawson5543 so what you're calling "loud in the cabin" is more than likely the "drone" of the exhaust. Usually when you make a car loud you will get a lot of this; but with a good exhaust it should eliminate most of the drone unlike getting a straight pipe I've heard.

I'm new to the car scene, but I'm being told that when an exhaust is added to your build, a tune is required to avoid loss in MPG and your check engine light going off. Anyone know or experience anything like this? I'm definitely loving this exhaust! Subtle yet noticeable.

More performance may lead to less gas mileage, but most Catback exhaust and all of our product will not cause any check engine light, because it does not effect/affect any thing with the O2 sensor.

With Remark on this one. As a former dealer technician, the exhaust sold is essentially the tailpipe and not the downpipe/ exhaust manifold. The downpipe on this vehicle is where the catalytic converter and both oxygen sensors are located. It won't trip the check engine MIL on the dash.

I recently installed this exhaust and there is little to no drone. Overall road noise I can hear more than the exhaust inside the cabin. With music playing at a moderate volume, you forget you have the exhaust. It sounds great 🤙🏼

Yes... Resonator is not a catalytic convertor. Having a resonator or not will not cause any check engine lights or emission issues.
