Hey guys, we attempted to film Joseph's workout but he ended up getting the heads up that he would be sparring so it was cut short. I hope you can appreciate the attempt, however, and the battle that these two Warriors had for four rounds! Also, Round 4 has a strange ending because they finished the last ten seconds after Joseph went back to lace up his gloves. I wasn't prepared at all because I thought they were done!

Where can I get my boy some work like this in Atlanta? 139-150 or whatever because they never match correctly anyway, according to weight, it’s never fair but we’re ready anyway.

In Atlanta I don’t know bro. I’m over here doing the leg work in Texas and even i don’t know where even a 1/10 of the hot training spots are. It’s something you gotta hunt down

Joseph did too much work before the sparring. He wasn’t as sharp as normal. He still gave out some great work though.

In these sparring bouts do you see a lot of guys going all out, or are most holding back so not to cause serious injury to their opponents? Always wondered about that in your vids. Also thanks for the top notch content.

It depends on the guy and it depends on the gym. If you look at the thumbnails, you’ll see a lot of these dudes come from different gyms. When one gym enters another, there’s apparently some unspoken rule about not letting the guy from the other gym get the best of you no matter what. So that could lead to guys going harder than they ordinarily would. There is also the case of someone from another gym punching too hard and then the guy from the home gym goes harder in response. You never know what’s going to happen lol Oh, and thank you for being a loyal viewer!

Intergym sparring is usually more controlled, the only time you’ll see people going all out is if they’re sparring fighters from another gym

How tall is blue helmet? Looks like he’s tall enough that he shouldn’t be dropping his head so much. Obviously he’s way better than me but everyone’s always told me as 6’3 southpaw keep that weight on the back foot and not drop my head so much.
@OfficialParallel8 Жыл бұрын
If I had to guess he's close to 6'0. I know he's shorter than me but I'm not sure by how much. Let's say between 5'11 and 6'1.

I was wondering that too lol. Probably just padding for his knuckles to not get injured. I’ll find out though

@@OfficialParallel8that’s what it is. It’s a gel pad to help protect your knuckles. Winning has gel pads as well and some people even use a regular sponge

yeah its a gel pad. Way easier to slip one on then to have someone wrap you up for real before sparring.
