It’s okay to eat a lot every now and then. Look give yourself some time to eat as much as you want and whatever and then go long periods eating healthy

@@chiefcheeser I had a bad alcohol problem which gave me bad anxiety, it was a vicious circle in life. Just stopped drinking now at the age of 30, and trying to cut out gluten because it makes me feel really bloated even though I stay fit. Feels hard to breathe and my heart rate goes up allot. Weight lifting, cardio, and eating mainly carnivore diet really helps out.

There are gluten-free buns and breads you can buy or mixes you can get to make your own. My daughter has celiac and I understand.

Great, decisive win. I just ordered/adopted a Leonidas bear. My mother got me into collecting stuffed toys, she got me one for every birthday and Christmas until she became sick with cancer in my mid 20's. Sadly lost her when I was 29.
