G'day Julie Thanks for your comments. I can not think of what my paintings are going to look like, or what's going to happen as the work evolves, nor that it will to be successful. Practise, practise, practise and fail at times. There are always parts of a drawing or painting that can be pleasing to the eye. But play around and do it again, and again a little bit more adventurous. And go for it,,,,,,OK

@@ArtistKevinChapman if i had to wager a guess, id say one of the ingredients in that ink is Whalemans Sepia. Ive seen it behave similarly in the way it pinks out when in a diluted state. Idk if that is a characteristic in all sepias, but of the ones i use, Whalemans by Noodlers..... is the only one that does it. I like to mix inks too...and I probably should keep a separate jar like you do. Thoughts?
