Totally my feelings as well. She was key in saving all those lives. Had the plane crashed, most if not all would have died. Not only would that be a PR nightmare for the airline but there definitely would be law suits. It would cost the airline untold millions! The least the airline could have done was to give the family first class passage anywhere, anytime for the rest of the lives. Imagine how much it would cost the airline if they crashed and there weren't any survivors. They would go bankrupt from all of the lawsuits.
