I have the unpopular opinion that MW3 was MUCH better than MW2. Better maps, very balanced (with the exception of the ACR and MP7) and kill streak variety. I can’t play MW2 because of the abuse of noob tubing and some of the other overpowered weapons. I hated MW2 tbh, one of the only cods I don’t really enjoy.

there's more recoil with the MW3 ACR because it's chambered to fire 6.8x43mm round whereas the MW2 ACR was chambered in 5.56x45mm round. the ACR has easily interchangeable upper receivers and barrels to chamber AK47 ammo as well.

I love MW3. It was my first call of duty and it holds a special place to me. I then went back and played MW2 and was amazed at how I missed that cause I wasn’t into cod at that time. But MW3 was the one that got me into cod.

MW3 ACR > MW2 ACR simply because the ACR had no recoil in MW3. M4A1, CM901 etc. all had some recoil. In MW2, you have Scar-H and Tar-21 that easily compete with the ACR
