Leaning forward from the ankle is honestly such good advice. I've been a long distance runner for a decade but I only really started focusing on my technique after an injury. I follow a lot of your advice and now I run the best I've ever had!

Totally love these tips! I already do the shoulder arm zip and string tip, but haven’t tried focusing bricks and pushing from the big toe or glutes. Thanks coaches

I'm new to running at 43, and Gratitude ❤️ for this healthy and able body is at the top for me too, stoked to have you mention it and for the reminder. I'm learning a lot from The Run Experience, particularly about posture, and it is really making a difference. You're right about diff cues for diff people. I was getting awful muscle headaches the day after my long runs, the shoulders down cue wasn't working for me, but the long neck one does (it keeps my shoulders down, heh). Thank you guys, all of you! Amy, Aotearoa

Thanks for commenting Da Rider. Don’t rely on anti inflammatory meds to mask pain - look at getting your knees assessed by a sports therapist/specialist

It’s so dry in New Mexico. I have to put Vaseline in my nose to avoid nose bleeds on runs 😂 I run at 5:00 am with headlamp to avoid 95 degree dry heat.

@@TheRunExperience Definitely agree. New Zealand is so beautiful. So is Canada. My brother lives in Sechelt, and it looks like a great place to run and bike.
