The Chevy Impala is gorgeous Solon, inside and out! That would be my favorite of this particular group of product offerings although I have a feeling that the photos of that Plymouth Roadrunner don't properly do it justice!

I once owned a ‘69 Merc Marauder. It was powered by a 429 but mine was baby blue. Sure miss it and wish that I never sold it. Great info on scams…maybe it will save someone’s wallet. “TAG”….UR IT!

Solon, these are all great pics but I'm thinking that I'm really loving that 69 Impala followed by the 69 GTX followed by that 69 El Camino. I'd be proud to own any of them. The shoebox gasser looks fun & not a bad price, but I wouldn`t have it on the street. Not sure if or where it`s legal, but it might be worth changing back to A frame suspension. Likewise that little MG, take it off the jeep chassis & onto a more suitable donor.

why would someone replace the original factory 351 windsor engine that came in the really nice 1969 ford fairlane with an old 1950"s era 292 truck engine, doesn't seem to smart to me.....

Good question...Maybe engine was a freebie?? 292v8s were in cars also ,,like our 59 Ford had. But I agree, not a great choice for the beutiful 69 Fairlane 😎

The 69 Windsor was probably the best year of Windsor 351 they had the largest valves

@@roberthargis4237 exactly and the front fender has 351 badge but i played the video back twice he definitely said the car had a 292 and i think he said it was rebuilt which is why i said replacing the original 351 with a 1950's era 292 was dumb....

Guess that's what was handy at the time, or, another car wanted the 351 worse than it did, surprised me, when he said 292 ! Had a Fairlane, 302 2bl, it blew, replaced it with a hi po 289, but a 292 ? Well, it is a one of a kind, pretty sure about That !!!!! 😮

@@Americanrodshop r Right amount of pedals, and ya had me in a Duke Boys and Mopar mood. Liked the el Camino, hell, I like almost all 1969's Best year in my lifetime across the board for cool cars! But I'm a jerk and won't own anything missing a third pedal, never have. However, if absolutely necessary, I have driven my wife's CRV. Great selection man, as always. I might be down near "Birminham" one day. Betting none's scraped the kudzu of my Great grandfather's (and family) stones in a couple decades. We used to drive down when I was a sprout and picnic in the grave yard and clean up the stones. Bizarre but wonderful memories. Pardon my digression.

I have to make amends. I said it was either a LeMans or GTO but not both. Actually the GTO came out of the LeMans and didn't have it's own designation for the first 2 years of production starting in 1964. In 1966 GTO came into it's own

with the impala only being a 327 car it makes the GTX the winner in thois video because it's a factory 4 speed dana car but i will also say if that little MG were on a v6 S10 4x4 chassis it would probably by the videos winner for being the most fun....
