@@strangedogg5068 There is a bit more information known about Nth Korea than you might think. You are correct that the war is technically ongoing as they never progressed beyond the ceasefire agreement. But while there are significant embargoes on Nth Korea, the elite still get significant luxuries via China that their people can only dream of. Further, for the most part the population is malnourished and limited to state sponsored TV and Internet. China is probably the main concern should Nth Korea start fighting again, because the Nth on its own has no hope of actually winning a war but will kill a lot of people in its opening salvo. 90% of its army are on the border including its artillery which has the range of Seoul. The South isn't interested in the North because of the economic prosperity, the North is just an irritent.
