As a kid Yoshi was my favorite character from the Super Mario World cartoon. My parents wouldn't buy an SNES system and SMW for me so they got me this game...

I love this game! And so many people don’t know/forget that this was made by *Game Freak*! Junichi Masuda did a super cool retrospective about it on Game Freak’s YT channel in 2019 & noted that, without Yoshi being the success it was, there’d be no Game Freak! He seems really proud of it. 🤓
