Remembering how I started cycling and learned about Ti bicycles

@@hammertime7740 not too long. I bought my first Seven 7️⃣ about 9 years ago. My first Ti bike was a Titus, made in AZ

My first adult bike was in 1969 when I was 21, it was an aluminum Falcon and it didn't kick my ass. Maybe my Army training had something to do with that lol .. My present and final bike is a Trek X-Caliber 8. It's sold as a touring bike but for me it's an all terrain bike, even gravel.

What do you mean when you say the aluminium bike beat you up? New to cycling here

@@HumanStateOfEmergency The original aluminum frame bicycles didn’t absorb the vibrations like the modern aluminum frames. So the ride was very jarring.

@@moxnix thanks for sharing, I remember that Trek X-Caliber. That was a great bike in its day!
