What a beautiful way to use your mom's glass. As a glass artist myself I will tell you that the nippers won't work for thw long strips. They are made to nip little pieces used for mosaics. The saw will work well foe straight lines. Getting those straight lines comes with practice. I hope to stqrt a youtube page here shortly for beginning stained glass where I will be going over this and much more.

I will definitely check out your channel when you get it started! The saw is the way to go. I use it a lot to cut my bottles and other glass and was shocked when it worked so well on this fragile glass.
