I'll never forget SuperSic walking behind the garages at Laguna Seca, high-fivin' every fan along the barrier. There were hundreds, and Marco took the time to high-five 'em all. Wild cheering ensued! What a guy. If you ever get the chance, visit his museum in Coriano. One of the items is his Imola SBK Aprilia seen in this video. On every Sunday at dusk, in the park behind the museum, a jet of flame roars to life for 58 seconds from a steel sculpture. And then it goes silent again. This experience is moving and surreal.

L'unico pilota della motogp che ha avuto le palle durante la stagione in corso di gareggiare in sbk, chissà cosa sarebbe successo contro Marquez magari lo avrebbe perculato nelle dichiarazioni e magari anche in moto visto che stava crescendo in maniera esponenziale ed aveva una aggressività forse anche superiore a quella di Marquez....ma purtroppo non si saprà mai.

Chiedi a Pedrosa o a Bautista cosa vuol dire perdere un mondiale per colpa di uno che non sapeva neanche capire quand'era il momento di smettere di correre in quel modo.
