@@tstyles225 I was just under a year when he died, discovered him in my twenties. I still find new songs I didn't know he had. It's sad and how his mother didn't want him to go into the business. Someone makes money off him and it's not his family. Makes you so angry

What a powerful and impactful voice. He made his mark on dancehall even at such a tender age. He would have turned 56 exactly a week ago from today on Dec 2,2022. We don't know where his life would have gone, but greatful his legacy still lives on through the music 🕊🙏

Tenor Saw, words are insufficient to do justice to his peculiar talent. His music is beyond this realm and you hear and feel the discernment in his music. Tenor Saw the young legend... In late 1984, Tenor Saw and litte Yami Bolo sung a live cover of Wham's "Careless Whisper" at Youthman Promotion's HQ (for Sugar Minott): the duet wicked star. Then Danny Dreadlocks cut the duet cover on dub by Stereo Mars (about 1986) and c.1987/1988, Danny Dreadlocks cut the said tune on dub for Addies. I hail Tenor Saw; gone too soon

I wish there was a more clear story of what happen to him. Who was he with? who saw him earlier that day? where was he coming from and where was he going? And what exact road was he crossing? ....And why haven’t the police done more investigating? They should reopen the case cuz something just doesn’t sound right.

As a kid mi use to think tenor saw was a big old man judging by his voice and content of his songs. I was shocked to learn a few years ago that he died at a tender age of 21.... he was so talented even marion hall take on the version of him she's or was the Lady saw of tenor saw

@@AS-wj1du knew him very well was in my twenties when I met him in my hometown matter of fact he was really a cool 😎 one real genuine makoy as we use to say back then, always drinking a Heineken or Sputnik I think those were his favorite. Used to date this big woman I know too lol . Back then we were all in the same crew we use to be from one dance 💃 to the other . Mt. Salem, Montego Bay used to be so peaceful and nice back then. When Marvaley hold the the mike back in those days a pure niceness. Gone too soon

I always think it strange how no one knows what happened. There are too many conspiracies one being Supa Cat because he allegedly threatened Yami Bolo on stage some years ago to do the same to him. I feel terrible for his family. It's sad and a waste and someone's making money off him but not them.

Ye man, do a comprehensive mid 80s to mid 90s Jamaica music, political and culture documentary!! Mek sure you interview Barry G!!!!It was a nice time!! Nuff artists bust outa da time de: Papa San,Santa (we know him as Stitchie after when him got his cut at Saint Johns Primary), Chaplin( went to church with him from me youth down a Red pond) , Red Rose( Spanish Town Secondary man dat...was a one time wonder), Ye man , nuff youths came on the scene during dat time...Spinser, Yami Bolo, Junior Reid, Robert French, Wayne Smith. A youth whe we no talk bout, his name is Biti McLean...But Dennis Brown upset all a dem when he dropped "Love got a hold on me" ! Big tune !

U was never too young to learn, the people around u was just not interested in, you knowing. Etta James, Aretha Franklin, Desmond Dekkar, Toots Hibbert.
