Awesome mod and gameplay that was uploaded this Saturday. While no mod is perfect, this one is a lot better than the ones you covered last year and I like how a developer decided to make an improved version of it. Doing the special zone model was the heaviest touch, I'd say making Sonic as versatile as ever was something I liked besides working on the special zone. Growing up on the Genesis games, the sprite/animations are really well done. However, homing attack trivializes a lot of the enemy placement/level design, there's really no need for it to navigate 2D space. I don't see the point of the slide with the spin dash either but that's another option so no big. I do think the stomp is a cool addition. Hats off to the person or design team - great work!
