Being healthy isn't the issue. It's the "what I eat in a week". Remi has said herself these types of videos spiralled the way she viewed food. Eat what you want but she doesn't need to do this to herself.

Remi thank you so much for sharing your fitness journey. I am in the same boat and it helps me so much to see I’m not alone! I was in the best shape when I was 22 and had restricted so much and workout to the extreme and when I met my boyfriend after being together for years and life getting busy I didn’t workout anymore and had problems with binge eating from restricting so much in the past. I am no where happy with my current body and far from where I wanna be now but I have been trying to get back into working out on the regular and eating healthy again without restricting too much and I love that you share your story and journey because it helps me with mine! So proud of you queen. You are beautiful always but happy you are trying to be your healthiest you 💪🏼💕🤗 xoxo
