i have it too - it’s worse the more ripe the fruit is. my triggers are avocados, melon (watermelon not as much unless super ripe), kiwi, and raw almonds + walnuts (cooked is fine for some reason) it’s never enough to cause concern for me personally. more of a minor itch inside the mouth / lips

I’ve been making egg white bites for years. Egg whites, turkey bacon cheese spinach and tomato. And I never understood how more people didn’t make them! You can freeze them but the price to make like 2 muffin pans worth is cheaper than the ones sold in stores.
