Devoured loupe says critical hits have a 1% chance to reset skill cooldowns every 10 seconds, sapphire dreamstone says critical hits reduce skill cooldowns by 3% every 2 seconds. I am not very good with math, so I wondered if you or one of your very smart followers can tell me the actual difference between the two in practical terms... If there were no other factors (no additional rings, amulets etc. that biased one ring over the other) how often would skills reset using one over the other? I can not seem to beat apoc no matter what I do , but enjoy having a god like build for my nighmare runs. Thanks for your builds and to the great community of R2 fans.

I think you might be much better off asking this question on the discord server that is tagged in the video description. Anyway the dev loop is better if you have a high crit chance and it will reset your cooldowns when it prove but it only has 1% chance so it’s very rng and the sapphire is decent if you want to be more consistent and decrease your cooldowns by a little bit but have it be guaranteed on every crit every few seconds.

So I'm looking at your character build, and for ammo capacity, I'm looking at 500 rds in your reserve, along with 100 in the magazine? How are you able to get 500 rounds? When I'm stuck at 350, and I have the exact same build? Thanks

It’s an old build that was made pre nerf. They reduced the ammo capacity for plasma cutter

Great build. 7k+ DPS is amazing. I’ll barely get 1.5k even when I spec similar to good loadouts I see on KZbin even hitting only weakspots at the range. 10:45 I’m only playing on survivor currently but I have a lot of good weapons, mods, etc. . No way I can survive higher levels at my DPS. Or do the same loadouts provide more damage at higher levels somehow? Better relic frags won’t make that much of a difference.

So weird. My DR is around 60 and I have both barkskin and siphoner. But that’s just effective health. I need to triple my damage to get these kinds of numbers at the range, even with the nightfall mod hitting only weakspots.

I doubt it was changed at all. Are you sure that you are using the build the exact same way I am in the video? Level 10 mutators, archetypes and max out relic fragments?

​@@Mr-Nacho420 Okay so either I'm not understanding something here or the corrupted rune pistol is bugged, Because I am running the exact same thing that you are except that I wanted to add to the damage with the corrupted rune pistol with fetid wounds mutator, and the DPS is capped at just below 5k But when I don't use the rune pistol it's the same as in the video, kinda weird try it

That or maybe it's the dps counter because just like in your video it rapidly goes up to 7k and then it can't reach that high a number after one rotation of your abilities and mods and it's the same for me

Seems still a bit squishy. Why not go bisect ring for infinite dodge add something like spectral blade with edge lord for mobs and life steal. Better yet instead of atonement fold go with blood jewel with spectral blade. Adds bleed plus you’ll get the 3% life steal from charged melees. Clears mobs and gives health. Otherwise, nice build for sure

Or you can just switch out one of the rings for hardcore metal band, since the bleed will just give you 5 stacks bulwark

Yea. Unfortunately its tied to FPS. If you decrease the settings on PS5 and put it into performance mode you should get more dps. I dont know why it works this way but I have tested it with my friends and that's how it is.

only problem with these builds is you basically have to have beaten apoc already to do them

devoured loop is the only thing that requires an apoc completion however an alternative to it is the ring sapphire dream stone "Critical Hits reduce Skill Cooldowns by 3%. Can only happen once every 2s." if youre concerned about the relic fragments going into and apoc adventure with a total archetype level of at least 78 equip explorer into your prime slot and guy the fragment upgrades from dwell
