Hello, I noticed in the video you didn't use concoctions. If you use Xenoplasm concoction, you can get 10% skill cooldown, allowing you to replace the White Pawn Stamp with something akin to more damage or duration?. This is just my 2 cents, nice to see a Engineer build again!

It's also nice to see builds that don't rely on concoctions, as it can get a bit expensive to rely on those all the time.

@@nojobnogoals If scrap cost is an issue, I highly recommend saving a similar build to what you're using but have points invested into Potency (Alchemist Skill +100% consumable duration) and the Castaway Ring (+50% consumable duration) and Consumable duration +20% on your relic. Use your concoction of choice on that consumable build then swap back to the build you want. You'll have 162 minute long concoction. By it time it wears off you'll most likely have gotten enough scrap to buy 3-4 more of the same concoction.

Shaed Ring is also a decent alternative to Burden of the Sciolist if you don’t want the reduced ammo reserves. 3%dmg loss

Great Vid! You make by far the most comprehensive and interesting build videos on youtube. Together with you pleasant voice its always a pleasure to watch your videos. More people should watch your videos. The best source for Remnant 2 videos. I was wondering if you also like other souls like games? For me I absolutely fell in love with remnant 2 - I think for people who like analythic way of thinking its a fabtastic way to play around.

i've been running a similar version of this build and one thing i love QOL wise is using widowmaker with energy wall as my long gun (keeping song of eafir on at least one gun is def the move tho) - the energy wall lasts surprisingly long and allows you to set up and just lay on the trigger with the vulcan while ignoring the boss for a second. useful for getting revives in co op as well, obviously some attacks will just blow it up but with widowmaker you get the whole thing back in just 4 shots.

the wall will even block ground attacks like cancer's root tendrils!

Yep Energy Wall is situational, but in those situations it is great! I did mention it as one of the go to mods in the video.

Decided to use the krell axe with tainted blade mutator, it's pretty good as you can also get some overloaded damage on the enemies as well as a very reliable source of corroded

Good thought if you don´t mind the little wonky charged throw...gives you an additional mutator-slot on the Long Gun.

I'd recommend to change the main gun for the new Sparkfire Shotgun + the Maelstrom mutator. The fire debuff from sparkfire will activate the maelstrom mutator giving you a lot of mod regen.

good thought...maybe even overkill, mod-power recharges already very fast and the Fetid Wounds Mutator adds +10% damage that you would otherwise miss. But as mentioned is every gun/mod/mutator setup possible that you like.

I just wish archon wasnt such a pita to get for flash caster. Then there's silver ribbon for 25% skill damage and haste, so many things. Granted you lose the cd on amulet. If you're holding the turret instead of placing it, you can swap out soul link for another dps ring since the lifesteal only applies when it's placed. Could use burden of the stargazer if you don't have the pawn ring or for 5% more cd and drop some somwhere else...so many options

You can get a lot more dmg out of some of the new dlc skill based items. Almost double the normal, crit, and weak spot dmg shown in this video if you can get all the items. Almost feel like you’re trading dmg for cd when it’s not necessary in most cases. Sorry don’t have exact names atm but there are some good items you can find.

The whole build idea is about CD-reduction to reach the cap and then translate that into a skill oriented build. There are other excellent ways to buff crit and weakspot damage, but then it would also become a very different build.

Once you reach max level (10 ) with an archetype, the class trait becomes available like a general trait.

Welcome to Remnant 2 - enjoy your journey :-D. Once you have an archetype at max level (10) the class trait is added to your pool of traits and can then be used for any class. That is why Engineer and Fortify would always be one of my first choices to level, after your first playthrough.

The build is still working like a charm. It is however based on -75% cd reduction, which can only be achieved with the amulet from the first DLC. So the DLC is required to make this work.

Well the dog buffs the turret, which is very useful for the 20% damage with 100% uptime. So if you want to maximize the turret effect it is the best choice imo for this specific build.
