hey man, can you please confirm that the steps are: get mirage via alt kill lydusa, reroll the adventure, go through & alt kill lydusa again, *then* run to checkpoint, leave dungeon, re-enter, and then it will re-reward everytime going in & out? or has this been patched

does this not work anymore? I did exactly what you said and it didn't work. Do I have to select specific dialogue during the alternate kill? I just skipped all the cutscenes and clicked whatever I could to get out as quick as possible.

it's when you "kill" lydusa without fighting her. Roll a version of the forgotten kingdom with the goddesses rest dungeon, light up 5 altars there and talk to lydusa

This is hilarious, you can even farm Simulacrum doing this on Nightmare or Apoc. Maybe use Explorer for prime perk if you're going for that. Tried this on campaign and got a Segment from main story quest, talked with Keeper and got sent straight to Root Earth, even though Yaesha was the only world I finished. This is very broken, definitely skip it you're new at the game.

Update: Fuck - literally just got patched right now as i was trying to do it. well, guess back to standing in a corner for an hour awesome, been looking for a new one - sadly by now i got the new archetypes almost on lvl 10 again xD but still thanks for sharing :) but do i have to quit the game at a certain point to do this like in the chimney when it had the same glitch? since u said just leave through the stone - in that case it would happen 100% of the time regardless, right? no technique, no time pressure?

Neah there was a crazier exploit before I was able to get millions of scrap really fast… my friend was playing in Yaesha and after the Root Nexus fight for some reason he left and came back and talked to the guy he saved and he kept giving him XP and the scrap for the item he was gonna drop… I forgot what item it is but anyways… if you kept exhausted his dialogue he would keep giving you scrap and xp and you could stand their and keep exhausting his dialogue over and over very fast and it would give you a ton of xp and scrap! I upgraded everything in the game and have everything in the game and I have over 100 of every concoction and with the duplication glitch before I was able to buy a ton of material and simulacrum… and after all that I still have 2.5 million scrap… I think that glitch has been patched by now… but funny thing is that my friend never got rid of that save so I think he could still do it because technically that campaign never got refreshed or re-rolled… when I played the new DLC I bought that 100k ring no problem lol i didn’t even know that he would drop the price after lol XD I just bought it right away!

It won't work anymore because the game code that made the glitch possible has been fixed, it has nothing to do with an old save file. If that was the case you may as well run the whole game off a save file and there will be videos of it still on KZbin about this glitch

I reported this to Tragic on discord about 4 days ago, it’s internally fixed and they’re aware. There is another way to do this where you get both rewards too. I don’t really have interest in burning my own fun so I reported it, deleted the public stuff I could find, and wiped that world. Lol. :P
