Nice to see the Coach Gun get some love, it's not flashy but it feels so good to shoot. One question on the amulet - do you find that Index of the Scribe actually feels better to you compared to just stacking more crit with Nightweaver's Grudge or Abrasive Whetstone? When I run the numbers Nightweaver's is about tied on pure weakspot DPS but starts giving more when you're not hitting 100% weakspots, and Abrasive Wheststone comes out ahead straight up. The interaction with bullet mods is definitely super cool though, so if that was just something you wanted to build around that's totally fair, and the damage output here is so good you could honestly use no amulet at all and still pump some big numbers anyway.

@@Dainurian didn't really test them for min maxing. I really wanted to use some different stuff and discovered this cool interaction with ammo mods and index amulet. Was refreshing to use different things for a change lol

finally! Coach Gun superiority, love the gun, has so many details it got so much mechanical depth-- Didn't know mod damage actually buffed the shot damage, thought it was only the DoT part holy shit +Navigator's Helm and high noon chest is pure drip, one of my go to-s along with academic's coat+leto2 helmet/void arms

I just farmed a ring and the amulet to test it and it works so well on weakspot bosses! It's also a really original ranged build, gg as always 💪💪 Do you have any news from the dlc, or do you know when they will drop em? I'm gonna miss another dlc with corsus vibes, but I'm still truly hyped for this one 🙏🙏

Cool build. A bit overly specific in purpose for my taste but seems very effective! I am using archon as primary with gunsliger secondary or hunter to keep up with nebula uptime outside of bosses too. I love all-purpose builds with gunplay, and have a couple decent ones :) I keep the spammy skill trash for my medic build, which is probably equally or even stronger than my gunplay ones, with almost nothing on it focused on damage. BALANS.

Hey Bolt! Have you played around with gunfire lanyard and bandit, on slower powerful weapons like ford scattergun? Never reload again. Only tried at Veteran but it shreds and I have pretty high mod uptime even without Archon leveled or the ring that allows mod generation while the mod is active.

Bolt, can you come up with any big dps builds using Restriction Cord? There seem to be a lot of items in the game based around low health or 50% health. Vengeance Idol, for example, gives a fat damage bonus below 50%.

@twlsrovrdaar just waiting on the next dlc for more theory crafting. Also some bug fixes. I have a nice gray health build but I'm waiting for the fix to ring of the damned first. It's giving 20% but supposed to give 40%. Will def look into redtriciron cord builds in the future

@TheLipfix both have their place. Dots are good for add clear or passive play and crit is for dps. All depends on your playstyle and what you are going for

You think corrosive rounds is better than hot shot since corrosive rounds also increases crit chance I think?

@Gigachad6994 use whatever the enemy is weak against. For example, if I was to fight faelin, I would use corrosive shot cuz he's weak to corrosion. It's a multiplicative damage bonus (weaknesses)
