There's a charge speed cap at 80%. You're already above it. If you take out the dog tags for Necklace of Supremacy or Ankh/Zero Divide, you'll get more damage at no cost.

The charge cap is sad,I remember having a build at one point where I could tap the trigger and perfect shot but not anymore

Or Zero Hour, 20% all dmg and 10% crit when running (blue weight capacity) lightweight gear. Or with warden bot putting on bulwark, insulation driver for 15% dmg and haste.... freeing up a ring, another dmg ring maybe

I found Zero Hour to be the best damage amulet, if you are lightweight. I haven't taken it off since I got it.

Got a cool bit of lore for you, in case you didn't know: The bow is a direct reference to the SEGA Genesis console from the mid-late 90's, which was called the Mega Drive outside of the US.

The weapon description also describes the old console race to double the 'bits' of their rivals. 8 bit, 16 bit, then SEGA released the 32X (subtly dropped in the text).... the mushroom add on for the Megadrive/Genesis. I still have mine, absolute failure of a product but a piece of gaming history. Nintendo later dialled it up to 64.

Charge speed has been capped at 80% (probably to avoid those monorail users to kill themselves, and their team) You can replace one of the rings or the amulet (I|m using zero divide to avoid ammo issues) without losing anything there. Also, if you want to save ammo, Bold Driver pretty much benefits from everything you are using, including the charge reduction, and it has a great DPS for a backup weapon.

Played with EWSG and he was very informative and helpful! I am not in knowledgeable of Remnant 2 but he taught me alot in short amount of time of playing.

About one of your responses, the bow does indeed have a perfect charge release, testing this build in Ward 13, Genesis at +10 does 1,021 on a standard shot and 1,166 on a perfect release.

I see, good to know, I figure in the heat of battle that 145 damage is negligible assuming im being swarmed and when fighting a boss I think if I find a comfortable pattern then ill be more than able to do the perfect charge release, of course with practice lol Thank you for informing me and others of this and thank you for commenting/ watching.

Yeah, a normal charge absolutely decimates mobs and aberrations on apoc anyway, but the mechanic would be useful in boss fights.

well, i def see that you now know about 80% charge speed cap LMAO, but additional info: using a "Firearm charge time" fragment and doubling it in prism + Anastasija's with perception and feathery bind makes -50% charge time which is all you need if you're using the +10 supercharger as a mutation. Then I use Zero hour with strong back and my additional rings are Probability chord and Breach accelerator. I got 13.7k DPS SUSTAINED with that build but I had to manually calculate it because when you activate nebula mod you got a lag time from switching weapons and activating mod, then I removed the damage from nebula by finding the average of 10 activations and minusing it from the average of 10 cycles of 10 shots from the total. it's about 13.7kDPS

oh and I used a macro for the bow, the timing at -80% charge time is 425ms for perfect draw and 850ms for the reload in between shots

You seem to have broken this down to a science lol Your dps as well as many others is def higher than this build for sure, I'll absolutely try out what you're breaking down. I appreciate the input, and for teaching me as well as others here about this bows ideal build.

@@EyesWideShotGaming you can get more dps as well, but this requires less set up and has easier conditions. ALso, if you're able to add momentum on the corrupted nebula and hit a weakspot with it, you retain the momentum stacks and gain more after switching. I do believe it is a bug but it hasn't been patched since release of corrupted nebula so 🤷‍♂

Zero Divide(infinite reserve ammo) is better the worn dog tags. I think Tolerances Band (faster charge and increased perfect charge window) works better the closed loop. You won’t have to worry about missing the perfect window in a heat fight.

@@4jeremyb zero divide is amazing and one of my fav amulets but I am going for reload speed as well, the ammo is easily mitigated with ammo boxes and ammo reserve fragments anyway. Faster charge is awesome which I’ll look into for the tolerance band but luckily genesis bow doesn’t have a perfect charge window cause I can charge it up all the way and hold it until I fire ^_^ although I will def test out your zero divide and tolerance band idea anyway. @@EyesWideShotGaming the bow does have a perfect window. You will hear ping sound when you hit the perfect window. Like when I hit the window my damage went from 260 a hit to 297 a hit.

Infinity pocket ring on bows= infinit ammo save your amulet slot for somethin else than zero divide 😅

Amulet is there for the decrease in charge time as well as reload speed :) I dont use zero divide in this build video XD

I like my bow build it's hunter gun slinger with the old dps build but I use the new armour it's just really squishy but it does 2k dmg per arrow

If you enjoy your own build more so than this one then more power to you! I always advocate to make your own builds from scratch or derive them from what you see instead of copy. Kudos brother!

NGL... i use nightweavers grudge. literally crit 100% of the time plus the same speed youre shooting with.

@@Sensei_Leo charge speed might be the same but reload speed cuts off a few seconds over the course of the fight, in any case they merged crit damages and stuff sadly that’s why I went with speed over anything else. Also… I don’t have nightweavers grudge lmao but I’ll go get it and test what you said. Thank you for commenting and watching!

No, haste will always be active due to the relic heart and regrowth trait so you'll always have haste :D

@@mrk9645 I could be wrong but I believe you can get it by completing boss rush, that’s how I got my repair tool weapon. I really wish you the best of luck in getting it.
